    The Moderating Effects of IT Governance on Entrepreneurial Orientation and IT Project Performance

    The present study determined the impact of Entrepreneurial Orientation on IT Project Performance. The study also intends to established the moderating effects of IT governance on IT Project Performance. Data for the current study were collected through a structured survey from the firms registered with Pakistan Software Export Board. Data related with entrepreneurial orientation were collected from managing director and data related with IT governance were collected from IT Heads in the firms. In this study used simple random sampling technique because this study need people with experienced in managing the IT projects. A confirmatory test was employed to test the validity and reliability of the measure. Test of hypotheses were performed through structural models. Based on the study results, implication for the theory and practice were drawn. The results revealed that Entrepreneurial Orientation and IT Governance has positive and significant impact on IT Project Performance. However IT Governance had significant moderating effect on IT Project Performance. Based on the study results, implications for the theory and practice had been drawn
