(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2020) ZAIB ASHFAQ; FA17-BBA-017; LHR TP 6713; SHAKEEL ASLAM
The goal of this research is to determine the relationship between education and development and employee success. In addition, this analysis measures the effect of planning and development on training appraisal and information management and the impact on the efficiency of knowledge management and curriculum assessment personnel. The study has been conducted at TM Rubber Pvt. Ltd Pakistan office and the data has been collected through survey and open-ended questionnaire. And I have also been there as a trainee in HR and Marketing department from last three months moreover I have collected date from 200 respondents. The collected data was then analysed using numerous statistical methods, such as cross-tabulation, reliability study, and linear regression. The results of this study suggest that T&D services at the TMR program in Pakistan do not achieve the required level, as the organization claims on its website while the company must make excellent attempts to develop T&D initiatives and programmes. However, the T&D programs have important beneficial effects on information processing, recruitment and staff productivity that greatly increase management of the company's knowledge structure and performance by enhancing T&D systems. It has also been shown that information management and preparation appraisal systems greatly enhance the efficiency of workers. The results of the trial not only opened up a new study direction in the Middle East training and development discipline, but also provided the TMR Management an insights into revising its training and development policies to boost the attractiveness and production of training programmes.
