LESCO Company, the leading supplier of energy and electrical solutions, provides its customers with efficient and reliable electricity services. LESCO, a significant player in the energy sector, is committed to innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. Following my six-week internship at "LESCO" I received an offer to work there full-time. This internship report encompasses an overview of LESCO's operations, history, and introduction. An explanation of its goals, key departments, LESCO's organizational structure, the technical part, recommendations, and, in the end, the experience of the internship. I was entrusted to gain practical experience in an organization. Therefore, I had an internship opportunity at LESCO Company. As a trainee student, I experienced a very opulent and professional environment in the organization. I was different tasks. This internship report reflects my thorough understanding of LESCO Company. This internship was a great experience that explored my skills, and knowledge and, I learned about the organization’s culture. This experience enhanced my confidence for my first job and enabled me to work in any suitable organization with responsibility.

During my internship at Posten traders, along with the focus on the accounts department, I learned a lot of other things about the trading industry. This report explains my experience at the company and the knowledge I gained during the internship period. Posten Traders has its headquarters in Karachi. The company offers a range of products, such as salt, rice, ginger, and garlic. My task was to record and review financial transactions and documents such as creating payment vouchers. I got to know about how important these payment vouchers are to maintain accurate financial records. During my internship tenure, I had a comprehensive overview of the organizational structure of the company. The manager of the company along with my supervisor oversees various departments including Sales, Purchase, and Services. The organizational structure helps to run the operations of the company effectively. Throughout my internship at Posten Traders, my supervisor and the other seniors guided me with their experience and valuable insights about the functions of the company, particularly, they helped me about the processes and importance of the accounts department. Their guidance helped me to better understand the financial procedures of the company. My experience at Posten traders was fun and meaningful due to the supportive seniors.
