(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus., 2023-11-20) NOUMAN ALI; SP20-BBA-121; NAMRAH ASHRAF
I became involved with the technical team of managers while working as a (MTO) Management Trainee Officer at Ellcot Spinning Mill. The team's major duty is to have an inventory that is well organized and has spare components that are necessary for the machinery to operate. In addition, the group conducts routine examinations to guarantee the strength and longevity of different parts, such as cardboard boxes, plastic bags, adhesive tape, and paper cones. Supervising machine overhauls, keeping track of usage records, and tracking the lifespan of machine parts are all essential components of their job. Ellcot Spinning Mill is focused on producing yarn; hence it is critical to maintain product quality. My study offers a thorough examination of the spinning unit and its procedures, illuminating the complex processes required to produce yarn of the highest caliber. In conclusion, Ellcot Spinning Mill's smooth operation and continued product quality are greatly dependent on the effectiveness and dedication to detail of its technical management team.

THE INFLUENCE OF ONLINE MARKETING ON START-UPS
(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2020) WAQAR ASGHAR; FA17-BBA-056; NAMRAH ASHRAF; LHR TP 6758
Online marketing has come to occupy a central focus in the commercial consciousness of companies around the world. This is because of the growing dependence of individuals on online platforms, including social media, general websites, applications, etc. to obtain information. With the proliferation of such methods of obtaining information, the amount of time that individuals actually spend on utilizing traditional sources of information gathering, such as newspapers, television advertisements, etc. has gone down considerably. Given the orientation and ultimate objective of marketing; which is to communicate the value of a given product to a group of consumers and potential consumers in a manner which makes the said product attractive to them; this has made online platforms crucial from the perspective of marketing professionals all over the world (Aceron et al, 2018).
