Item CUCoin: PaperFree Currency(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2021) Muhammad Usman; SP17-BSE-076; Dr Atif Saeed; LHR TP 7154Transferring your hard-earned money in your bank account from different areas around the world is a hectic task. It requires approval from several payment processors. After approval when they let you to transfer your money in your bank account, they cut some percentage of amount in the name of taxes/fees. In the end, you just get 60% to 70% of the actual amount and the rest goes to these financial institutes. This is where digital currency comes in. Digital currency has all the intrinsic properties like physical currency, they allow instantaneous transactions that can be executed fearlessly for making payments across borders when connected to supported devices and networks. One variation of digital currency is Bitcoin. Bitcoin is a peer to peer cash flow system. It is decentralized i.e.; It doesn’t depend on any central authority or third party to execute transactions. It provides a solution to double spending problem by using a public ledger i.e. blockchain. Blockchain is a sequence of blocks that contains transactional data in the form of cryptographic hashes. These hashes are obtained after solving a cryptographic puzzle. For strengthening economy of Pakistan, digital revolution is compulsory. If PM has a vision of digitization of Pakistan, then having our own cryptocurrency is a step forward. In the light of above, we have proposed a solution of a cryptocurrency and its wallet where users can do transactions seamlessly and securely. As aforesaid, the proposed currency would be decentralized.Item Edge Irregularity Strength of Rooted Product of Certain Families of Graphs(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2018) Muhammad Usman; CIIT/FA16-RMT-011/LHR; Dr. Faisal Nadeem; LHR TP 5183Graph theory is one of the most powerful tool in the field of mathematics. Different mathe- maticians work in this field and consider it as a powerful tool in different directions because in recent times graph theory has confirmed as a paramount mathematical tool in various subjects. Now it has emerged as an important mathematical discipline in its own right. There are several types of labelings in graph theory. In this thesis we intend to find the irregular labeling of double graph, rooted product as well as the some family of the Teoplitz graphs. we have divided this thesis into seven chapters. First chapter is about the introduction as well as basic definitions of different types of graphs. In this chapter we have discussed some graph operations along with their examples. In chapter second we have clarified different types of labeling which was defined by well known scholars. At the end of this chapter we have written some known results of edge irregularity strength for certain families of graph. In chapter three we have discussed results related to edge irregularity strength of double graph of path and cycle. we have also proved these results. we believe that these results are accurate. In chapter four we have developed some results for edge irregularity strength of rooted product of cycle and path graphs. In chapter five we find edge irregular labeling of different families of Teoplitz graphs and calculated the edge irregularity strength of Teoplitz graphs.Item Online Learning System(Library Information Services, CUI Lahore, 2022) Muhammad Usman; FA17-BCS-097; Rana Muhammad AjmalIn this system, we propose online learning, reading, and testing platform that will be designed to ensure the quality of online examination. The system will give difficulty level report of easy, medium, and hard. Furthermore more, the system will save a lot of time and effort to evaluate exam questions. This is designed specifically for the people who are interested to attempt NTS, CSS, PPSC Exams to take a position in the government sector. This will include all the relevant data for exams at a single source. This is specially designed for learning purpose that they can learn in sequence to prepare for exams that they bookmark their previous learning and complete whole books in digital form and facilitate with daily test systems will be included. Users can share and give feedback on their experience and on a specific question.Item Repeated Buyer Prediction: A Study of Repurchasing Intention of Buyer in E Commerce(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2022) Muhammad Usman; SP20-RCS-014; Dr. Hamid Turab Mirza; LHR TP 8358During promotions, retailers frequently obtain a huge number of new customers. However, several of the purchasers attracted are one-time hunters, and the deals are unlikely to have a long-term influence on sales. It was critical for merchants to discover who may be turned into regular loyal consumers and afterward target them to reduce promotion costs and boost return on investment (ROI). It was critical for merchants to discover who could be converted into repeat customers to solve this problem. Merchants may significantly cut promotion costs and increase the return on that investment by focusing on these prospective loyal consumers (ROI). Consumer targeting in the area of internet advertising was generally known to be difficult, especially for first-time consumers. In this work, collect a collection of merchants as well as their associated new buyers gained during the "Double 11" day offer using Tmall.com's long-term user behavior record. This experiment objective was to predict whether new clients would become loyal consumers in the future for certain merchants. In other words, this experiment must estimate the probability, which these new purchasers will buying within the similar merchants again for the next six months. This work suggested employing enhanced merged models (XGBoost as well as LightGBM and Histogram-based gradient boosting machine to forecast a repeat customer and feature engineering through extracting feasible features by which important components would be derived to train the model to prophesy the repeated buyer. These experimental findings suggest that when compared to the original models, this work-combined model may achieve significant performance increases. XGBoost accuracy was 95.97 and AUC was 0.9753. The accuracy of Light GBM was 92.58% and the AUC was 96.15%. Histogram-based gradient boosting machine training accuracy was 96.7% and the testing accuracy was 96.27%.Item SuperChickMama(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus., 2015-11-20) Muhammad Usman; Sp11-bcs-090; Dr Faisal Tehseen Shah; LHR TP 6956SuperChickMama is a three staged smart phone Android game, named after its Main character, a Hen. In its 1st stage falling eggs are to be caught by SuperChickMamain a basket by briskly moving it under the falling eggs and utmost prudence is to be used to save the eggs from breaking. In the 2ndstage, hatched chick start falling from the hatchery Tray and are to be collected by SuperChickmama in the basket. In the 3rdstage all the saved chicks are to be taken to a safe place facing hurdles. In this game two gaming styles i.e. fall-catch and running is used. Single hand controlling is applied to facilitate the player, Accelerometer is used to facilitate the people suffering from Parkinson’s disease .They can control their uncontrolled movement of their hands by just tilting the device left or right without touching the screen.Item Topological Prospects of Black Hole Thermodynamics Using ModifiedEntropy(Library Information Services COMSATS University Lahore Campus, 2024-03-14) LHR TP 9354; Dr. Abdul Jawad; FA22-RMT-018; Muhammad UsmanTopological Prospects of Black Hole Thermodynamics Using ModifiedEntropy
