    Multi-Tenant Dispatcher System

    In this world of technological advancements, people rely heavily on automated systems to get their daily tasks done. The sedentary lifestyle of humans these days has expedited the necessity of such web and mobile-based systems that can help them in getting things from outside without leaving their place. This brings the idea of our system into life. Many dispatching software are available in the market. But most of the systems are not available in our country for local businesses. Also, they only provide the service to set up the whole system on the personal servers of the client who wish to start their own delivery management business. This increases the service and maintenance cost for the client. Most of the people starting their own dispatch business are not on the technical side. Our project identifies these problems and brings out the opportunity to use our tenant-based dispatch suite. Our system to be developed is based on the multi-Tenancy tactic. The Multi-Tenant Systems are usually implemented as “Software as a Service (SAAS)” which ensure maximum utilization of resources by delivering cost-efficiency among the different tenants of these systems [1] . These systems unlike conventional software systems provide huge customization support as they are very much flexible to business requirements of many different tenants. Multi-Tenant SAAS also improve the performance optimization [2] as they efficiently manage the workload of tenant
