    In present competitive environment, it is mandatory for organizations to achieve more significant level of performance. Basic to have improved performance is to critically look upon and identify what and how to measure. Measurement therefore is referred as one of the key component that carries out an improved performance effort and lead towards better decision making, whether short-term oriented or long-term oriented. Various organizations are striving hard and doing extraordinary research to explore several components that actually add up to achievement of success or turn out to be horrible not only in their own firm but also of other organizations in the industry too. Purpose of this is to highlight the success and to avoid all of the related or similar mistakes that can act as failure factors in organization’s bad performance.
