Item Advertisement Strategies of Cola Next: How Traditional and Social Media Create Brand Awareness Among Consumers(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2024) Amara Javed; FA22-RBA-001; Ms. Naseem Habib; LHR TP 9435This study analyses the potency of Cola Next advertisement techniques in creating brand awareness and seek its potential to penetrate the local market of Pakistan. The qualitative approach was adopted, utilizing interviews to collect information about the perception of consumers and the impact of Cola Next marketing efforts. This study shows that Cola Next has efficiently used traditional media, using unique advertisement campaigns and celebrities’ endorsement to stand out in the competitive market. However, they have presence on social media, but are lacking in the aggressive marketing on it. They must work on enhancing social media campaigns, leveraging influencer endorsements, and innovating with unique marketing initiatives. By integrating these strategies, Cola Next can significantly enhance its market presence and brand awareness, positioning itself as a leading cola brand in Pakistan. This study contributes to understanding how targeted advertisement strategies can drive brand success in emerging markets.Item Influence of Gender on Leadership Styles of Leaders in Pakistan(Library Information Services COMSATS University Islamabad Lahore Campus, 2020-02-03) Sara Shahbaz; SP19-RBA-006; Ms. Naseem Habib; LHR TP 6379The lack of females lending leadership positions in the Pakistan has encouraged the research of this study. The aim of this project is to investigate the influence of gender on leadership styles (Transformational, Transactional and Laissez-faire leadership styles) of Leaders in Pakistan and to better understand individual leadership styles by using Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) by Bass and Avolio, 1993. Data was collected from the different sectors of Pakistan. A sample of 76 respondents, which made up of 35 female and 41 male leaders, were selected out of 150 population from different sectors in Pakistan to assess their leadership styles and also to measure which gender they perceived as successful leader. Deduction research approach and Non sampling technique was used in this project. The collected data was then analyzed and interpreted through SPSS statistical software. Findings of this project shown that there are non-significant differences between transformational and transaction leadership styles between female and male leaders in Pakistan. However, to identify which gender is perceived to be the successful leader, managers of both genders mentioned down the name of male leader in majority.
