This project report attempts to perform a careful analysis of how the cultural nuances and dimensions can affect the way modern consumers are interacting and behaving in the digital atmosphere, and how it can relate to their buying choices and preferences. The in-depth study of these factors enables us to comprehend how these cultural factors influence consumer behaviors and digital decision-making. It also sheds light on the pivotal role that effective Integrated Marketing Communication can play and the way it seamlessly integrates with the Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions providing the businesses a comprehensive strategy for adaptable digital engagement. Beta is a measure of systematic risk of an organization. Organization value is changes as a result of market risk changes, in which corporation’s transaction occurs. It is important to identify the degree of transaction exposure. Studies shows financial variable are essential to minimize the risk for organization. This paper is exploring the effect of organization due to systematic risk by using CAPM model that is market risk and risk free. Sample data is collected from118 Pakistani non-financial listed on Karachi stock exchange form the period 2004-2010. The study indicates that training and development have a positive effect on employee performance. This study concludes that organization with good training programs will increase employee performance. The goal is to examine contribution of human resources management practices, including selection, training, and work planning, compensation, and performance evaluation, description of the job and staff involvement in the perceived employee’s performance. This study is aimed at motivating workers to achieve higher levels of efficiency and explains why HRM decisions influence organizational success. It is intended to enhance the current and future results, but the company should keep an eye on their performance after training, it means training requires assessment, a structured method to concentrate employee’s actions in order to achieve the objective of the organization. The study aims for an understanding of the relationship between HRM and the organizational efficiency. A training program is a workplace activity that helps workers to analyses their skills, behavior, and information relevant to their work. In this study it was discovered that training and development are available in companies and this effect on employee efficiency to meet their customer’s needs.
