There is a healthy existence of SEE practices in firms, but still, there is a need to improve. In addressing the second question, to find the level of resilience in Electrical Engineering organizations, the descriptive analysis, including frequency responses, mean, standard deviation, variance, and skewness, concluded that organizational resilience in Electrical Engineering firms is also at a moderate level. However, it still needs continuous improvement to face and recover from complicated situations.
