    The Impact of Responsible Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Mediating Effect of Employee Engagemen

    The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between responsible leadership and organizational citizenship behavior and to check whether employee engagement may increase the OCB in private school Teachers of Pakistan. The Social exchange theory develop the link between the responsible leadership and OCB. Unit of analysis are individual teachers. Data has been gathered from various private schools of Lahore through self-administered questionnaires of 180 teachers of sample size via convenience sampling technique. Basic descriptive statistics, PLS Regression is executed to associate the relationship between responsible leadership on OCB and mediating effect of employee engagement. The results indicated that responsible leadership positively influential on organizational citizenship behavior directly and also indirectly through mediator employee’s engagement.
