    Impact of Sustainable Enterprise Excellence Attributes on Employer Branding with the Moderating Role of Market Competition.

    By expanding and integrating the concepts of sustainability and business performance, sustainable enterprise excellence is explained and produced. The goal is to make it simple and dependable for businesses to monitor their triple bottom line performance and deliver actionable results. Enterprise foresight that enables next-generation best practices and sources of long-term competitive advantage through innovation. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of Sustainable Enterprise Excellence attributes (Governance and strategy, human capital performance, financial performance, sustainability performance, innovation performance, process execution and implementation) on Employer Branding with the moderating role of Market competition. Electronic questionnaires will be distributed to the managers of manufacturing companies which are listed in stock exchange Pakistan. A number of researches have been done on employer branding in relation with different factors but there is still a research gap that in relation with SEE attributes have never studied before. So our study explores the relation of six constructs of Sustainability Enterprise excellence with employer branding and also investigate the moderating role of market competition. Data has been collected from employers and managers of the textile companies which are listed in stock exchange. Data is collected though self-administered questionnaires circulated among n=500 respondents in different Firms of Textile industry. Respondent has been given a brief introduction of the purpose and utilization of study. The sample size of the study included employees of various textile firms listed in stock exchange of Pakistan. To access and collect the responses from the target population the listed companies in stock exchange are being used as sample. The Convenient sampling technique is applied. We have 71 research items in the questionnaire, there is five to ten times of it would be, n=500.
