    This report was created for the BBA program's internship phase at the COMSATS University Islamabad Lahore campus. The primary work completed during the internship period is highlighted in this report. This document's scope includes background information about the Host Company as well as specifics about its goals, objectives, and day-to-day operations, including information on its marketing strategy, competitive strategy, organizational structure, SWOT analysis, and business process analysis. The main duties and achievements are also listed in this report. Information gathered, problems encountered, and ways that experience advances a career by the intern. The internship was completed at Lyallpur Chemicals & Fertilizers (Private) Limited, which was established as a publicly traded corporation in accordance with the 1913 Companies Law. The National Fertilizer Corporation of Pakistan (Private) Limited has been the company's subsidiary since its incorporation. Currently, it is owned by Al-Hamd Chemicals (Pvt.) Ltd. It was an incredible experience to work in a multicultural setting. The responsibilities and experience added depth to the practical knowledge.
