This study examined the adoption of hybrid work model in J&P Coats Pakistan. The aim of the study was to suggest a sustainable work model against the increasing cost challenges, difficulty to main profits and work-life balance issues of employees. For this purpose, relevant global and indigenous literature was reviewed and data was collected from a sample of 32 employees. The data was analyzed using SPSS-23 software. The results depicted a strong willingness of employees to adopt hybrid work arrangement along with some concerns about new work model. The study provided a number of solutions to assist organization in effective implementation of hybrid work model. The solutions included; implementing the hybrid work model in gradual phases, accompanied by regular feedback from employees and carefully monitoring its impact on cost and expenditures, developing clear guidelines and policies about new work model, shifting the criteria of employees’ performance, developing a culture of inclusivity for all employees and updating the technological infrastructure with time. Limitations of the present study and related recommendations were also discussed.
