    Cognitive Diversity and Creativity: Roles of facilitating and inhibiting factors

    From Recent times, project working environment has become more and more diverse due to globalization and has emerged as a source of enhanced cognitive diversity. It is noted that diverse cognitive environment improves the creativity of the employees due to ideas sharing and mutual problem solving. That’s why in this research, Focus is to examine the relationship between Cognitive diversity and creativity, taking ambidextrous leadership, Knowledge hiding, Trust, Evaluation apprehension as moderators. A sample of 195 respondents were taken through convenience sampling from a multinational project in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Primary data was collected through structured questionnaire. Relationship between cognitive diversity and creativity is determined through statistical tools (WARP PLS) and future research pathways are also discussed.
