(Library Information Services, CUI Lahore, 2019) Abraheem Asad Fazli; SP16- BCS-004; LHR TP 7479
This project deals with the development of a 3D game application for Windows operating S. The game is a single player first-person shooter, created using C# in Unity game development studio. Mainly, the goal is to shoot the enemies and complete certain objectives without the player being killed. The purpose of the project is to develop a 3D game that could be used for fun and entertainment purposes and as well as an efficient way of developing mental skills for the player. We aim to include different sort of puzzles in the game which upon completion would reward the player in the form of in-game items. Puzzles will help the user in developing cognitive skills, problem solving skills, fine motor development and hand and eye coordination. The game is based around in an apocalyptic world, where a Rabies-Flu hybrid infection has spread, resulting abnormal zombie like behavior in humans. Only few survivors are left, who are looking for Asylum and possibly a cure. One of the survivors i.e. the protagonist John, who was hospitalized before the outbreak, wakes up after being in coma for a week and realizes that the world is no longer the same and is crawling with zombies. He now has to find his family as well as survive.
