    Ever since the birth of the human race the only goal has been to reach the pinnacle of human advancement, and day by day this urge has only increased. Technology plays a big role in our life’s and this technological advancement has no limits as the human mind has no boundaries. These technological advancements are used not only in our daily routine but as well as in business and economic spheres. Artificial intelligence is one such key phenomenon that has helped us to achieve evolution in our universe which furthermore includes technology platforms such as cognitive agents and cognitive computing. The roots of Cognitive computing are in the research field of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Signal processing, reasoning, natural language processing, speech recognition and vision. This project intends to construct customer relations using cognitive agents which will provide customers with personalized assistance based on each customer's personalized preferences or problems. This study plans to provide customers assistance by using intelligent virtual agents, assistive robots, service robots and Chabot’s. This customer relationship will be built through previous knowledge of the particular customer’s preferences and dislikes.
