(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2021) Muhammad Adil; SP11-BCS-018; Dr.Salman Khan; LHR TP 6927
An intelligent tutoring system for Java programming is a computer system that provides a complete interactive learning environment to the student, with the help of computer. The learner profile concept in the system will help the computer system to judge the educational background and knowledge of the end user and it will determine the complexity of test for user[1]. The Objective of this idea is to develop an application which helps the students to learn quickly and efficiently their respective programming language. In a normal routine we noticed that learning any programming language is not an easy task we need something good beside the lecturer, we can’t understand everything from the lecturer so that’s why we need an Intelligent tutoring system that provides a computer based instructions to students, this system uses Artificial intelligence. The only difference is this, AI compares the student’s data with the expert model with a specific domain in which student works and provides advice Students will learn work in less time. In this project, we plan to develop Java Intelligent tutoring System for Java Beginners that will be able to check and teach Java programming language. Java language is being taught in COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology as an introductory programming course. The behaviour of our application will be user friendly and it provides answers, advices in a more interactive way and in a specific domain in which the student is working.
