The effect of Human resource practices on Job commitment of employees in the Banking sector of Pakistan
(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2020) Haider Nadeem Tarar; FA17-BBA-011; Dr. Muhammad Shakeel Aslam; LHR TP 6807
Employee’s performance reflects how well an organization will perform. Organizations which are successful are understanding that here exists a number of different reasons that influence the job commitment of the employees, but HR practices are considered to be the most important (Mello, 2005). No matter how big or small a company may be, if its employees are not performing well then, the company will ultimately fail. Hence to ensure that a company can succeed, the most important task for any company is to improve its employee’s’ performance and the best way to do that is to make different HR policies that can help the employee’s feel that they are truly being rewarded for what they are doing and the company does care for them. If any organization can develop these kinds of feelings in the heart of the employee’s, then the employee’s will also try to give it their all for an organization and their commitment can even increase by leaps and bounds.
