    Corona virus is a respiratory disease which was emerged in Wuhan city of China and spreads through droplets and Contact. After its spread all over the world it was declared as the Pandemic by WHO. The Quarantine was imposed and with that every sector had to be physically closed except the medical sector so as a result Businesses had to be closed, resulting in economic slump; their operations were shifted online which was a huge challenge to business as not everybody is fully equipped by the technology. Communication within the business has played a vital role during this pandemic and for that Zoom video conferencing platform was used to stay connected with teams and departments, to ensure that operations are being operated. After the first wave Businesses were opened again with appropriate precautions now business are moving slowly. Digital transformations has played an important role in this pandemic as businesses were online they practically digitally transformed and possibly business world has been changed as the online marketing and remote working has been introduced along with the changes in consumer behaviour.
