    Performance management is the process of communication between the manager and an employee for the accomplishment of strategic objectives in the organization. Effective performance management is important to businesses. Performance of an employee is related to the activities and behaviors that they adopt in their jobs. After selection, the first thing managers do is to assess the performance of employees in the organization and getting the results called performance evaluation. Managers need to understand the benefits of employee’s performance so that they can develop consistent methods for evaluating the employees. The success of organization depends on the employee’s performance and without this organizations can’t achieve their goals and objectives. Performance evaluation helps the managers to determine every employee performance level. The important factor in employee performance is to achieve the organizational goals.
