    Professional Attire and Its Impact on white-collar Employee’s Competencies among different sectors (IT, Law, Banking and medical firms)

    This research paper shows the role of professional attire and how it impacts on white collar employees’ competencies among different sectors. It aims to conclude that whether professional attire has great impact on perceived competencies or not. Moreover, in order to measure the impact, I have used five global competency fields (trustworthiness, friendliness, confidence, authority, intelligence) as our dependent variables and professional attire as the independent one. I have used qualitative research method for this study. Furthermore, for analysis research paper in the end supported our discussion which concludes that professional attire has an impact on white collar employee’s competencies among different sectors.
