Management of customer relationships involves maintaining and satisfying customer needs by supplying them with the best goods and services than its rivals in that sector. The purpose of this report is to analyze and evaluate organizations, With respect to its B2B and B2C customer relationship management. Because of my greater interest in the retail sector, I have studied how successful and long-term ties with its customers are handled by the organizations dealing in the retail sector. The parameters that facilitate organizations in managing their customer relationship management are also elaborated and discussed in depth.
