    The aim of the study is to find the impact of human resource practices on employee loyalty during Covid19 crisis. This study used studied human resource practices related to job security, supportive leadership, and health benefits to find their impact on loyalty of the employees of private educational institutes in Pakistan during Covid19. Responses of the participants are collected through questionnaire. The results show the significant positive relation of human resource practices related to job security, supportive leadership, and health benefits on employee loyalty.
