    The purpose of the study is to get specified knowledge under the heading Technological Advancements and Organizational Challenges. This study will let us know about the challenges and opportunities that organization gets due to the technological advancements. Target audience were the line managers and employee of different organizations like PTCL, Style Textile Mills, and OPPO. Due to Covid-19 it was very difficult to collect data that’s why major responses are qualitative analysis based. This study will help us know that how technological advancement helps organizations to get several advantages in all terms of Marketing, Finance, HR, and Production. The study completely explains that how the technological advancement has benefited the organizations and how organizations are now more technology oriented. They believe that to survive and get competitive advantage there is only thing that helps you a lot that is technological advancements. Technology helps in every sector of your business. Manufacturing to Marketing sectors all can be benefited by technology. The operations are now more fast and reliable due to technology. Organizations are now more customer oriented due to technology. Customers are getting many benefits due to technological advancements. The study explains that how technological advancements effects different factors like organizational productivity, customer satisfaction, operations handling and profit maximization. Organizations have taken a lot of advantages from these factors that are also ultimately known as organizational benefits. Further in this study you will know that how practical implications of technology in Pakistan had brought the organizations from downfall to maximum profits and many more like that. The main purpose of this study is to highlight the variables that are directly related to organizational benefits only due to technological advancement. This study also explains the reason and importance of doing technological advancements.
