    IMPACT OF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF BOTH EMPOLYEES AND THE ORGANIZATION

    This study has been carried out considering the importance and need of Training and Development for all types of business organizations. The main objective of this research paper was to analyses the effect of Training and Development on the performance and productivity of both the employees and the organizations. The quantitative approach was used and data was collected through primary source in the form of questionnaires surveys. Ten questionnaires were distributed for the research and out of them seven were used for the data analysis. The literature related to the research topic was also studied. Two hypothesis were generated. A descriptive statistical tool SPSS was applied to check the data. The study had two variables Training and Development the independent variables and Employees’ and Organizations performance the dependent variables. The data collected was analyzed and discussed. The findings of the result showed that a positive relationship exists between T&D and employees and organization performance. The conclusion of the research proves that Training and Development have a positive impact on the performance of both the employees and the organizations. Recommendations were given for the employer and employee about how to carry out effective training programs and how to use that training programs for their own welfare. Suggestions were given for the future research.
