    The Recruitment and Selection process is one of the major parts of organization which help them to attract pool of candidates as employees. Employees are the major asset of any organization as they are building block of any organization. Employee recruitment and selection is most commonly researched topic as the recruitment and selection of not enough capable employees can destroy the organization. The whole reputation of the organization is dependent on an employee that’s why organization should vigilantly develop the recruitment and selection process.
