There exists a number of websites that offer services for submitting application but they are too general and sometimes difficult to use. The proposal focuses on developing a website for the e-recruitment for The Ministry of Agriculture irrigation and Live-stock (MAIL). The website focuses on more specific area rather than covering all the ministries and organizations. This will not only help in searching of jobs but also recruitment. The website contains various modules and sub modules providing more comfort to users about jobs and website., advanced technology of react and node is brought into use. The main purpose of the website is the effective, efficient, reliable and friendlier source for e-recruitment. This will cover the whole process like from searching the job to the submission of application, calling for interview, selection and rejection, and online recruitment.
