Top Management must provide support to their employees in various ways and induce IWB amongst their employees so that they can think innovatively for solving problems. The direct relation of Multi-Dimensional Top Management Support along with its dimensions with Project Success and Mediating Effect of IWB has been examined in this study as previous studies have revealed +associations among these variables. The current study is conducted in Software Houses located in Pakistan. Data from Software Houses was collected for fulfillment of the study objectives from employees operating as Project Managers by following Census Method. Survey is quantitative in nature; information was collected by using Questionnaire. Only 271 responses were submitted back by the respondents from a population assumed to consist of 350 to 1000 employees as there are approximately 450+ registered Software Houses registered with PASHA. Out of 271 responses only 240 were usable for data Entry. After applying statistical tools, results indicated a significant positive impact of Multi-Dimensional Top Management Support on Project Success with a partial mediating behavior of IWB
