    Toyota is a well-known Japanese brand which has very strong global brand recognition due to its well refined and well-designed vehicles. Toyota is at number 13th among highest revenue earning companies from all over the world. Toyota is basically playing on its vehicles durability and reliability. It has positioned itself as more durable and reliable vehicle. As in marketing they say if you don’t position yourself then you cannot win a position. Because of Toyota’s high durability and reliability customers are willing to pay high prices for Toyota products as they want their drive more durable and reliable. Consumers who wanted long term dependability from their vehicles then Toyota marquis is a completely compelling choice. Toyota used to expand its manufacturing operations in 1950s and accelerated its roster with a large number of new small cars. Toyota also launch utilitarian BJ truck in 50s before launching land cruiser later on. At the end of the 1950s Toyota’s management decided to expand its operations to United States of America as it was a potential market to enter into that time.
