    Optimizing of Micro Thin Film By Using Different Slurry Methods

    The study was to explore the impact of service quality on patient’s satisfaction with mediating role of Quality Relationship between patient satisfaction and healthcare service provider. In this regard cross sectional survey was conducted in public and private hospitals of Lahore. For data collection 370 questionnaires were distributed among patients of public and private hospitals and 249 completed questionnaires were received to achieve the objectives of the study. Questionnaire was adopted from previous research having 37 question items. Five point Liker scale was used in the questionnaire. For analysis multiple linear regression model was implemented between service quality and patient satisfaction. Relationship quality was taken as a mediator between service quality and patient satisfaction. The study concluded that patient satisfaction increases with the improvement in provision of service quality to the patients. Moreover, it was also found that relationship quality also has direct impact on patient satisfaction. Furthermore, Multiple Regression analysis proved that relationship quality act as a mediator between service quality and patient satisfaction. For market implications it is strongly recommended that public and private health care providers should invest and make processes to improve the provision of service quality of healthcare organizations and also improve the quality of relationship which will consequently lead to increase in patient satisfaction.
