    AL-SHAYZA INTERNATIONAL, a distinguished exporting firm with a legacy of over 2 decades, has been providing top-tier products to its clients and managed to gain a commendable reputation in the Pakistan meat industry. In this report, I have given a short introduction of the company. It also includes organizational structure, competitive strategy and a brief overview of the core business operations. I also included a short SWOT analysis of the firm. In the final section, I provided an in depth detail regarding all the duties I was required to perform, the knowledge I gained through this, and some problems I encountered in the firm. During my tenure in AL-SHAYZA INTERNATIONAL TRADERS, I gained valuable exposure to the exports accounting industry. The insights and expertise that I acquired throughout this internship have enriched my professional experience. I am now able to put to use all accounting knowledge I had acquired in my education so far.

    IMPACT OF PANDEMIC COVID-19 ON EDUCATIONAL SECTOR IN PAKISTAN

    The whole world faces a very worse situation in 2020, which is pandemic. Due to a viral disease COVID-19. It found that the COVID virus started from Wuhan, China and it’s spreads in the entire world in just a few months. It was such a disaster attack that the peoples, organization, and government couldn’t resist against it and they got highly impacted. There are a very few sectors of the world who remains unaffected from Corona Virus. There are two types of impact of COVID-19, i.e., towards the humans and towards the economies of the world and towards the environment. Humanly it is damaging the health of individual and its infact the lower respiratory track. Many people couldn’t survive against the COVID19 and 1.02 million people died due to the Corona Virus and across 3.2 million got this disease. On another side its great threat for each and every organization they have changes their business practices due to the government and international legislation.

    Internal control system is a system is which all the activities control by the company of Board of director which is includes law and policies, goals and objectives, mission and vision statement, control the assets and liabilities. Internal control system has two types which includes administration control and accounting control both are important for the internal control of the organization. Basically it is a rule and procedure that also prevent fraud and promote accountability from stealing an assets or committing fraud. Through this control top level manager maintains their record efficiently and effectively. Internal control system plays important role in the organization through this company ensure the financial and accounting information. Internal control system utilizes the resource and they end up with sequentially and systematically in a proper manner way.
