Item Deliever-it(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2021) Ahmed Naeem (FA17-BCS-054), Talal Zia (FA17-BCS-109); LHR TP 8027; Humaira FaisalPakistan is about to face a disruption in Transport/Logistics industry due to ongoing projects including CPEC (China Pakistan Economic Corridor) and Gwadar seaport. All port and silk road operations will be covered by the government and the usual business in Pakistan will have no benefit with that. To make our transport industry grow and digitalize we aim to provide them a platform that is equally beneficial for the business sector as well as a house-wife who can use it for her home furniture relocation like UBER and CAREEM. Pakistan is in the process of digitizing their system from Traffic Tickets to their payment through online payment processors and entire railway system to SmartCity Project, even though you can also register through Citizen Portal App. These newly implemented technologies will take time as we have to educate our society about these platforms. Similarly, our platform Deliever-it is just bringing ease for daily or once in a blue moon shippers to send their cargo without any hesitation. Pakistan do 70% of their road trade through Afghan-Transit, which is the same border where smuggling cases are most. Using our system will allow the authorities to track and monitor truck/driver details. The transportation industry plays role of the backbone. Especially our country which is a third world country we cannot afford sea or air transportation but road transportation. Emerging economy and disruption in this sector are our motivation. Everyone in their life period needs transportation of goods. As described in the image, the number of registered vehicles is rapidly increasing every year. The need for more business opportunities must also be available for each industry equally.Item Moddocs DMS Module based Organized Document Classification System(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus., 2020-11-20) Muhammad Talha Akram; Sp16-BSE-007; Humaira Faisal; LHR TP 6331This project aims to ease the management of digital documents by providing a cross platform document management system that the users can run locally or be hosted on a server. The project based on designing a Telehealth system that will assist the patients in matters related to medical services they want. This system will carry out time-consuming medical tasks that as it would need to monitor the cases of a patient in order to specify certain choices. It will facilitate patients according to the definition of the Telehealth. The current manual system does not collectively resolve patient’s issues like saving medical reports on cloud, online doctor appointment booking, online medical courses, and monitoring patients using their medical history. As bringing medical reports every time to the doctor’s visits outdated nowadays and it put mental stress on patients. This system is efficient as they assist humans in minimizing their workload.
