    Employees always remain most desirable assets for the organizations. They are the only source to earn profitability, to compete the market and to make good corporate image in the world. But this only happens when employees feel motivated to do their jobs. Organizations critically identify work-oriented employees and give them motivation in a form of good compensation plan after they got selected for required job. This general motivation framework helps them to achieve their expected outcome and keep them engaged with the organization for a longer period(Human Resource Development: Jon M. Werner). compensation plans itself is a broader range of salary packages, bonuses, incentives, rewards, allowances promotion etc. Employees always have the knowledge about the common salary structure that is offered by many organizations. Employee’s involvement with the organization gradually start decreasing when they feel any kind of discrimination in terms if they are fairly treated, evaluated and compensated or not. Organizations must compensate their employees to keep balance and to avoid future conflicts. It is a vital responsibility for human resource department to make their compensation plans transparent which help them to improve effectiveness. A good compensation plans helps to retain the best employees with them.
