    Relationship between Organizational Culture, Flexible Time and Job Satisfaction in the Health Sector

    Every organization has unique culture, values, norms and the healthcare industry is a very dynamic and complicated in this regard, organizational culture is crucial to ensuring that health care providers have the best possible outcomes with regard to their job satisfaction. The relationship between Organizational Culture, Flexible Time and Job Satisfaction analyzed in this project. In Totality, 114 responses were collected from healthcare providers of different hospitals of Pakistan using mixed method approach. Correlation and regression analysis were used for statistical analysis. The results show that organizational culture has significant but minor correlation with job satisfaction while flexible time has moderate correlation with job satisfaction. In conclusion, if hospitals can provide great culture and flexible time to their healthcare providers, this may enhance their overall job satisfaction
