    This report is about my internship journey & my experiences within the agency. Exaalt Solution is a new born agency in the digital market. Their goal is to become a global organization which provide clients with innovative, creative and effective ideas. They have many competitors as it’s a digital marketing agency. As they are a new agency, they are still working on organization structure. But they main departments of agency are HR, Digital Marketing, & Graphic Design. I was part of this organization for 6 weeks as an internee. It was quite an amazing and informative time for me, as it was my first time working in an organization. I learned a lot, like tools of graphic design, post design, research, business proposal, event Calander, last but not the least post proposal. There are few work samples attached in the report which I worked on either of them is for skill test or for learning. Then there is a SWOT analysis of the organization and lastly the recommendation for the organization that how can they improve themselves
