    TUGVAN
(Library Information Services, CUI Lahore, 2024) Muneeb Rasheed; FA20-BCS- 030; Usman Akram
"TugVan" is a user-friendly website designed to help people when their vehicles, such as cars, bikes, or even bicycles, get damaged or break down on the road. TugVan is designed to provide a modern solution for unexpected breakdowns, making your journeys safe and more convenient. Here's how it works: if your vehicle has a problem, you can go to the "TugVan" website and select any of the services which you want regarding your vehicle and tell it where you are and where you want to go. The website then shows you a list of companies that can help you. You can pick one based on how much it costs. Once you choose a company, you share your contact information and explain what's wrong with your vehicle. Behind the scenes, computer algorithm figures out which type of vehicle is best to tow your vehicle safely and quickly. But that's not all! "TugVan" also offers special discounts called vouchers that you can use to pay less for the towing service, making assistance not only efficient but also affordable. These discounts are managed by the website's administrators. Plus, "TugVan" helps in urgent situations, making sure you get help quickly if you need it.
