    This report summarizes my seven-week internship at Melden Advisory, a financial and marketing services company. The report explores Melden Advisory's Sales and Marketing department and my experiences there. I begin by presenting Melden Advisory, providing some background on the firm, and outlining its services. I also discuss the enterprise's mission and vision, that were like the company's overarching objectives and strategy for achieving those objectives. Then, I go over the business's functions and the many tasks that employees perform. I also conduct a SWOT analysis to determine the business's assets as well as weaknesses for development. I discuss marketing approaches, which are essentially just elaborate schemes to increase sales. The report also covers my personal experiences during the internship, like the things I did, what I learned about the company, and the challenges I faced. It also talks about how the internship changed me and my understanding of work life. In the end, I offer some suggestions/recommendations to Melden Advisory DMCC on how they can do even better in the market. The report reflects on how much I've learned and how this experience has changed the way I see the professional world.
