    I am presenting my experience at JS Bank through this report. Its marketing and Competitive strategy, and new knowledge I acquired during my period. And how I was able to relate my practical knowledge with the theoretical knowledge I acquired at the university. My internship period was a total of six weeks. From Wednesday, July 12, 2023, till Wednesday 23 August 2023. Throughout my tenure I was engaged in different tasks and activities that helped me enhance my knowledge about banking and helped me gain more experience of how these tasks should be performed. I assisted walk in clients, addressed their needs, solved their problems, and enhanced my communication skills. I learned how the banking operations work and learned new terminologies. Learned how to market a product and how to build a long-lasting relationship with the customer. I understood the daily banking operations and how to perform them effectively. From opening an account with a customer to issuing credit cards, I learned everything. I enhanced my communication skills throughout my tenure by interactions with different customers, colleagues, and managers. It built confidence in me and made me a more work oriented person. I learned how to perform tasks within a reasonable time without delaying the work. Also banking made me more active and punctual in times.
