    According to the Center of Global Development, “a large majority (97 percent) are worried about school closures negatively affecting children’s learning”. The World Bank states that 185 million candidate from 45 countries in Europe and Central Asia were affected due to the COVID19 pandemic. Learning and teaching online imposes certain challenges on both candidates and teachers. Teachers should be prepared to meet special requirements of teaching online. Teachers play an important role in teaching. Designing and developing online courses need collaboration of several people with a variety of interests and expertise, including administrators, teachers, designers, and technical specialists. POPM GLOBAL is a web based educational service provider which delivers functionality similar to that of a physical institution. Most LMSs provide common features like tracking and recording candidate progress and automates the functions of course content availability and student- teacher interactions. POPM GLOBAL level test delivers all the expected features of a Learning Management System. However the features that distinguish POPM GLOBAL from any other LMS are integrated Zoom and live Chatbot so the users can benefit from the services without having to change the platforms frequently
