PMO performance has vital role in organizational strategy and implementation of best project management practices. Mediating role of organizational culture and maturity is checked. By enhancing the quality of service this performance of PMO can be improved. Data is collected from 270 people ranging from top to lower management. List of construction firm’s categories from C-6 to C-A is given on PEC website and data is collected from the companies that have established PMO’s. Structural equation modeling is used for hypothesis testing. In the initial analysis all relationships are found positive and significant. There is direct significant relationship between QOS and PMO performance. Organizational maturity is partially mediating in this relationship while organizational culture is not mediating but it has significant relationship with PMO performance. From this study future research gap and implications are provided.
