    Workplace bullying has become common issue in many organisations. Workplace bullying includes frequent mistreatment by their colleagues and mocked, disgrace, threatened and harassed at some point in work place which affect the performance at work (Muhammad Khalique, 2018). To investigate the reason and impact of workplace bullying on work performance, is very important for both organisation and employees as well.
