    JOB SATISFACTION AT NISHAT LINEN LAHORE

    The study aims at determining the Employees job satisfaction level in Nishat linen textile in Lahore. With the help of study under review, relevant management can take effective measures to enhance job satisfaction amongst employees by concentrating on highlighted significant factors. After adopting this method, management may be able to upgrade overall performance of the employees. This study may be of great importance to much extent as it helps any firm to identify the main problem and provide best available solution. When a worker is not satisfied with his work, then there are many factors being affected in any working environment e.g. commitment to take responsibilities of an employee will be affected and employee may not work with optimum working efficacy. In addition, job security also plays vital role in upbringing job satisfaction amongst employees of an organization. Without job security and chances of being fired at any time greatly reduce the mental growth of workers subsequently lowering the loyalty. In the last but not the least, participation in decision making can also boost the job satisfaction level up to standard mark. Despite the main factors discussed above, detailed analysis by researchers depict that maximum employees of Nishat linen textiles are highly satisfied w.r.t their job with the current system of administration, salary dissemination system, performance evaluation system, working environment, managerial hierarchy and job security. Further to this abstract, it will be justified with relevant facts and figures that job satisfaction of any employee is highly prioritized at Nishat Linen textile.
