    Covid-19 and Ecommerce

    After the outbreak of coronavirus, the trends of the world changed rapidly and intensely and it hit all the sectors and businesses. The following study shows that how the spread of corona virus effected the online shopping industry, the businesses shifted their operation online to cope with the changing trend. Buying behavior of the customers also changed due to the panic of the pandemic. Many ecommerce platforms gained a lot of profit due to lockdowns imposed by governments of different countries. Usage of mobile phones increased and many new applications were developed for the sake of performing electronic commerce and the trend of usage of internet also changed during the pandemic. Where there is positivity, there is also negativity, as the trend of ecommerce rose, trend of frauds, misrepresentation and their remedies also came.
