    The effect of organizational culture on employee’s performance

    Organizational culture refers to the values, believes and norms of an organization. These norms, believes and values describes an organization. Perception of various parties about an organization is organization culture. With the help of this have a look at we can be capable of remember that how organizational subculture can have an effect on the personnel performance in an enterprise. There could be very least research had done to recognize the effect of organizational tradition at the performance of the personnel in an agency. Scholars (Hofstede, 1980; Ouchi, 1981; Hofstede & Bond, 1988; Kotter and Heskett, 1992; Magee, 2002) additionally did paintings on the effect of organizational tradition on employee’s performance. They said that organization culture could be used as a toll and you can measure the employee’s economic performance with the help of that tool. However the excellence of the organization could be different because of the variation of the traits and believes among the different employees from the different organization also some specific believe or trait may give a positive result in the shape of competitive advantage (Barney, 1991 and Peters and Waterman, 1982). After the completion of findings of this report, we’ll discuss the results and with the help of these results the current practices regarding “how culture can affect the performance of the employees” could be improved. The Naveena Denim mills could also understand that how they can enjoy the maximum benefits and improvement of employee’s performance through their current organization culture or they may also understand that they need to modify their organizational culture to enjoy previous discussed benefits.
