This is a commercial level project. In this system we are going to manage trucks. In truck management we are actually going maintain all the details regarding to trucks, drivers and load details carried by truck. We are also managing the details and traveling information details about the package truck is going to carry and the rates truck is going to charge to fulfil the order. We are going to calculate the rates according to the distance between the starting point and the destination point and we also considering the type of load and the weight of load truck going to carry, because if we have something breakable goods or things like glass we have to charge more than the normal rates. We are also changing the rates on the basis of urgency if someone wants to make their delivery fast than they are going to be charged more. Truck management applications not only help drivers get where they need to go, but can also help truck drivers perform various administrative functions smoothly and cost-effectively. The driver can easily manage the distribution of the load; capture signatures if necessary; photo files used to fix the load; perform vehicle inspections; keep accurate records of vehicle use and travel expense information. Truck management software has become an important tool for the effective management of commercial vehicle fleets.. When used properly, this truck management software can help companies reduce the costs associated with running fleets.
