Field workers can see the task assigned to them by the manager and communicate with the manager by the instant messaging feature of the app. They can even share files and images. Field workers can mark their attendance from within the app by taking their selfies. Their location will be marked to track them for the completion of tasks. The manager can track the real-time location of the field workers. NoteSpot generates reports summary for the daily ongoing and completed tasks for the Business Administrator or CEO. They can analyze all the activities of the field workers in a summarized report.
