    NoteSpot is a web and mobile solution for the companies to remotely manage, communicate, control, and do surveillance of their field workers. It will help organizations to coordinate and facilitate their operations efficiently while their staff is out in the field. It is a multiplatform software solution comprising of a web app for manager and admin and an android app for field workers. It helps managers to create, assign, and monitor tasks. Field workers can see the task assigned to them by the manager and communicate with the manager by the instant messaging feature of the app. They can even share files and images. Field workers can mark their attendance from within the app by taking their selfies. Their location will be marked to track them for the completion of tasks. The manager can track the real-time location of the field workers. NoteSpot generates reports summary for the daily ongoing and completed tasks for the Business Administrator or CEO. They can analyze all the activities of the field workers in a summarized report. NoteSpot is a complete solution for all those companies having large field workers like field recovery team, sales, companies based on retailers, and the pharmaceutical sector.
