    This report follows the development of a fourth-year computer science project from inception to completion. The project involves creating an application that allows users to rent everyday items such as clothes, furniture, crockery, electronics, camera, cars or motorbikes etc. for a specified time, based on their preference. The application is named RENTit. It will help people earn some money from their products. It will be available on three platforms, namely Web, Android and iOS. The development will be done in React Native for front end and back-end development will be done in Google Firebase. The application interface will be same for the renter and the borrower. The application might be able to let the renter and borrower communicate through the RENTit application. The registration process will be very strict for renter and borrower both. They have to provide the scanned copy of their national identity card.
