    The Mind of a Chronic Procrastinator: Diffusing Patterns of Delay” explores the psychological mechanisms behind persistent procrastination and strategies to reduce its impact. It also analyzes the cognitive and emotional cycles that reinforce procrastination, including stress, guilt, and avoidance behavior.
