Emphasis is placed on participatory planning, local resource utilization, and cultural preservation to empower residents and strengthen social cohesion. By combining functional, social, and ecological strategies, the initiative aims to create a resilient, inclusive, and vibrant community that fosters growth, opportunity, and a shared sense of identity.
